Hi Beautiful Soul,
I’m Rebecca. Like many of you I have faced physical and emotional traumas in my life that kept me stuck, causing a life a struggle. In 2018 I built up the courage to embark on a deep healing journey and I discovered what it feels like to transform physically and emotionally. I learned to love myself, to let my intuition guide me through life and I healed from a 10 year battle with fibromyalgia & CFS. Through my healing journey I have found the power to live an authentic, soul aligned life on my own terms and to follow my heart, while sharing the beautiful gift of healing with others.
I believe that healing can have a huge impact, not just on an individual but on the world as whole and I want to make a difference to how women show up in the world. I want to guide as many women as possible through the journey back to themselves, as years of conditioning & negative imprints fall away and their true selves are revealed.
That is why I have created a transformational 12 week journey called Soul Aligned Life- where I work with you on the most important pillars of self worth, to help you get unstuck and move towards a happy, fulfilling, soul aligned life that you love. I know all too well how it feels to feel ‘stuck’, knowing that something needs to change in your life but you don’t know how.
I spent years like this, going round in circles, creating vision boards, reading books, writing down my goals and attending free events. It wasn’t until I invested and did the deep inner work that I was able to recognise where I was subconsciously sabotaging myself. After investing in myself and doing the deep healing work to unlock my blocks, my whole life began to change in many ways, I was finally free.
Since my transformation I have helped hundreds of women to find self love, self-trust and self belief, causing them to break free from their limitations and have the courage to create their dream life.
